The IMPACT Index provides a multi-faceted and wholistic assessment of what all employees value most in a workplace.
The IMPACT Index is formulated by 46 assessment statements, divided into 14 engagement drivers. Each statement is selectable and bespoke statements can also be added to assess company-specific attributes.

Being certified as a Leading Workplace demonstrates your organization’s commitment to creating a thriving, high-performing work environment. It enhances your employer brand, attracts top talent, boosts employee retention, and provides valuable insights into workplace culture and engagement.
The IMPACT Index survey evaluates 6 key aspects of employee experience, including Inclusion, Meaning, Progression, Autonomy, Collaboration and Trust. It provides data-driven insights to help organizations identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Organizations that achieve a qualifying score on the IMPACT Index survey will receive official certification as a Leading Workplace. You will be notified and provided with a certification badge, along with various comprehensive reports on your results.
If your organization does not meet the certification threshold, you will receive a comprehensive report outlining key areas for improvement. You can use these insights to enhance workplace culture and retake the survey at a later time.
Certification is based on employee responses to the IMPACT Index survey. Organizations that meet or exceed the benchmark score, which reflects high levels of engagement, leadership effectiveness, and positive workplace culture, earn the Leading Workplace certification.
The certification is valid for 12 months from the date of achievement. After this period, organizations must retake the IMPACT Index survey to maintain their certified status.
Yes! To renew your certification, your organization will need to complete the IMPACT Index survey again before the current certification expires. This ensures ongoing commitment to a positive employee experience.
